Description & Features
The STAR Outlaw 142 self-bailing raft is a versatile inflatable raft built for fishing trips, paddle crews, and technical river running. Its large 21" tubes and slim profile create excellent stability and flotation while keeping the boat responsive in rocky, narrow, or fast-moving water.
The 14'2" Outlaw 142 comfortably handles fishing frames, overnight gear, or paddle crews of up to 6–8 people with the optional third thwart. The durable PVC construction and reinforced wear zones are built to handle long days on the river, repeated frame use, and hard boating conditions.
A 4" drop-stitch floor system improves rigidity and stability underfoot while maintaining responsive handling. The self-bailing design drains water quickly in rapids, helping keep the raft lighter and more maneuverable in changing river conditions.

Construction & Technology
Drop-Stitch Floor System
The 4" drop-stitch floor creates a more rigid and supportive platform than traditional inflatable floors. This improves stability while rowing, standing, or moving gear around the raft.
BAT Thwart Attachment System
The BAT (Batten Attachment Thwart) system allows quick installation or removal of thwarts without complicated rigging. This makes it easy to switch between paddle crew and fishing frame setups.
Reinforced PVC Construction
Heavy-duty PVC-coated polyester materials help the Outlaw 142 handle abrasion, frame wear, and repeated river use. Reinforced bottom wear patches add extra durability in high-contact areas.
Leafield C7 Valves
Leafield C7 valves are trusted throughout the rafting industry for reliable sealing, easy inflation, and simple pressure adjustment in changing temperatures and elevations.
