The Split Oar Stopper Sleeve is made of a durable, injection-molded polyethylene that is able to withstand the rigors of heavy whitewater and protect your oars. Fits standard Polecat, MX and most other 15⁄8" whitewater oar shafts. Sold as a packaged pair.
