We are operating under normal business hours after the fires in Southern Oregon. Please see the Operations Update for ways to help our community rebuild.
OPERATIONS UPDATE
We are fully operational after the wildfires and during the pandemic. Resources are limited, so please be patient and direct any inquires to info@sawyerstation.com, or by phone (541) 228-9645.
COVID-19 UPDATE
Please allow extra time for your order to ship:
Due to COVID-19, as well as higher than normal shipping volumes across the US, orders are likely to be delayed. If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend giving us a call or sending us an email.
Customer Service:
Our Customer Service Team is available to answer your questions by phone and email. Please note that we are receiving a higher volume of inquiries, which is contributing to longer than usual wait times. Our team is working hard to answer all customer inquiries as quickly as possible.
Retail Store:
We can't help but be excited to see you, so we're doing everything we can to make our store safe.
What to expect when in our store:
Masks will be required (and provided!) to enter the store
Only 5 customers in-store at a time
Please follow social distance guidelines and keep 6' apart
Extra sanitizing!
NOTE ON AVAILABILITY:
As a retail outlet for Sawyer Paddles & Oars, our inventory can fluctuate quickly and may not reflect on our website.
All paddle and oar orders are assembled to order, and due to high volume, processing takes 1 - 3 weeks. Out of stock paddles & oars will be built to order and shipped as soon as they are available, but please note that this may take 4 - 6 weeks to deliver. Please contact us directly at (541) 535-3606 ext 1 if you need a specific delivery time, and we will do our best to help you.
*You will receive an invoice with tracking information once your order is ready to ship.
Remake Talent
Sawyer Paddles and Oars has been based in Talent, Oregon, for over 33 years. We were fortunate that our manufacturing facility was spared, but our community has seen grave destruction from last summer's wildfires. The devastating Alameda fire has impacted many of our friends & families. For those in our community who have lost their homes and businesses, financial support is the most impactful.
The long road of recovery is upon us, with many funds needed for our community to rebuild.
80% of Phoenix Elementary School students lost their homes.
50% of the students at Talent Elementary lost their homes.
Please help us rebuild Talent to thrive once again. Any donation is helpful.
